Good news crewmates of Liverpool, our cast is cured of their scurvy and our sheep has been fitted with a brand new custom ‘peg leg’! We are ready to announce our new show dates for A Proper Privateer Pantomime! We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been creating. You will not be disappointed!
This March, join us for A Proper Privateer Panto that will take you on an adventure following the historical events of the Liverpool Privateers with our creative spin.
A pantomime or panto, is a type of musical comedy stage production designed for family entertainment, generally combining broad and topical humour with a story more or less based on a well-known tale. Pantomime is a participatory form of theatre developed in England in the 18th century in which the audience is encouraged and expected to sing along with certain parts of the music and to shout out phrases to the performers.
